MikeE was just here to do our A/C PM. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He checked everything and made sure the units were operational before leaving. Like all the Atlantic Refrigeration techs who has performed our PM over the years, MikeE did an outstanding job of representing the company.

A bit of a miscommunication resulted in confusion. Trane has decided to not transfer any part of the 10 year warranty to new owners of the unit.

Called Atlantic Refrigeration for a heat pump issue. Friendly customer service set me up with an appointment within 24 hours. The tech, Dominic, arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the unit up and running promptly. I would highly recommend Atlantic Refrigeration to anyone in the area for their HVAC needs!
