Mia came out today to do an inspection of my HVAC. She is amazingly professional. She even got my hose out and cleaned my unit outside due to grass built up. She always leaves me with tip on care of unit. I should also do a shout to to Maggie for getting me.
Arrived on time. Answered my questions. Courteous. Excellent communication with the office.,
I had the best experience from the initial consultation to the installation. These people are fantastic. All the work done was amazing and the employees were stellar. I highly recommend them.
The HVAC technician arrived right on time. She was neat, quick, and efficient about everything.
Mike came and replaced the air filter. He checked the entire system. Mike was neat in appearance, very cordial and pleasant.
There was no fee.

We have been using Atlantic Refrigeration since 2016 for repairs and maintenance on our existing HVAC system. This year, our almost 20 year units were replaced with new Trane units and we are very happy with the result. They have been super responsive to post installation service calls relating to error codes and air flow so that the systems could be configured and adjusted accordingly. Everyone we've come in contact with at Atlantic is just pleasant and easy to work with. Additionally, they replaced a PTAC units in our sunroom which now makes it a 4 season room - yay! Keep doing what you're doing Atlantic!!
