The tech that that performed the PM on my unit, took the extra time to explain what he was doing and was thourgh. The only negative was when the scheduler set the appointment she told me 11 and 12o'clock hr. The tech was hung up at his pryor appointment ,got to me at 3 o'clock. Seems to me the company should be in contact with the tech. All in all ,Jorge was excellent.

My service man Jorge just left. I received the most thorough check up ever. He was a great guy and gentleman and answered any questions I had and checked out everything and gave me an update on my system like I have never had before. Jorge is a great, talented technician and I appreciated his work. Thank you
The install team was very professional. They explained all details of the install and how to use the unit installed.
The work area was clean and in good order when the job was completed.
