Spring and Summer service check.
The Technician, Duane ,was very professional and explained the procedure. Good interpersonal communication skills. The only reason I didn't rate a five star was because trying to get an appointment (i.e. someone to call me back) was not efficient.
Jorge is very knowledgable and describes what he has done. He is very thorough and makes sure that your system is operating at peak performance. Great maintenance contract that is affordable. We are very pleased we switched and chose Atlantic Refrigeration.
Technician arrived on time, was courteous and clean, and completed the job with little fanfare.
Jorge provided excellent service. He was able to recommend some simple maintenance that I could keep an eye on. He also provided me some helpful information about ductless systems that will help me with my decision to purchase.
Jorge was fantastic. He saw that my filter was dirty, he didnt have the right one on his truck so he made a point to just stop on his way home with one to finish the job. Super nice guy, made sure to check everything. They are all very professional when they do work. Highly recommend.
