This morning I had a service call and could not have been more please. The technician, Ross Hicks was professional, polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I have dealt with a lot of local businesses and Atlantic is A#1. Bob Frederick, Mayor of Dewey Beach 1994-2002.
per our contract with atlantic , our geo-thermal system was checked today. The certified HVACR tech, Ross Hicks was assigned due to his knowledge of the geo system. He was very helpful, polite and was thorough. Thank you Mr. Hicks. see you in the Spring

Yesterday, Rick Stout, serviced our "aged" heat pump. The control panel had a maze of wires, cobwebs, and dust. Rick diagnosed, fixed, and wrapped-up paperwork in one hour. Impressive! Rick, thanks for a job well done.
