We have had our maintenance agreement with Atantic Refrigeration for 20 years. They installed our system. We always ask for Duane because he knows our system and is always on time and does an excellent job.
Very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and explained things well about the issue. Excellent team member and business. We've had Atlantic Refrigeration for maintenance of our business and home systems and would highly recommend.

My heater stopped working and of course it was the coldest weather we've had so far this winter. I reached out to Atlantic to see if they could schedule some time to assess the problem. My heater is old (like me) so I was prepared for the worst news. Maggie was so kind and took the time to help get someone scheduled to come over to look at my heater. She sent Jason who is a true professional! He diagnosed the problem and took the time to get the part he needed and even customized it to work with my heater system. Thank you so much for coming to rescue me and my heater during the coldest week of the season. They are very professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend Atlantic Refrigeration!

I highly recommend this company and Dylan Spot team are very responsible responsive and detail minded. They installed a Mitsubishi split unit in my car garage. If I didn't know any better I would thought it was installed with the house when it was built. First class service from start to finish!
