Fantastic service! We have fairly new HVAC units (2 years old) and unfortunately a part in one failed, causing a large refrigerant leak. We were quoted by a different company first and we weren't satisfied due to unreasonable pricing, so we requested a second opinion from Atlantic.
They had a tech to our home quickly, the tech was competent, kind and transparent about options (thanks, Tim!).
Most importantly, Atlantic was flexible and honest about plans to fix the unit as they didn't complete the initial leak assessment (the other company did). We really appreciate that they didn't force us into another full leak diagnostic and gave us options based on what they knew (diagnostics for our issue could have run another $1000 or more). They also take photos of parts/issues on the units, which I think really makes a positive difference when it comes to trust and transparency, in comparison to other HVAC companies.
Additionally, all of this happened right before the heat warnings in early July, and the person helping me with the quote/parts (Mike) made the effort to get the part in as quickly as possible and get our service scheduled as soon as he had the part ETA.
Our unit is fixed, service was excellent, and I'm grateful we used Atlantic for this service!

In 3 hrs I had a quote and a new hot water tank installed and working…fabulous job.
Bi-yearly system check with filter replacement. Professional and pleasant technician. I appreciate having the same technician each visit.

The Tech Mike was wonderful, professional, respectful and able to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. The women who answered the phone were also professional and helpful. I am very glad that I contacted them!
They are always pleasant, accommodating, punctual, and receptive. I have regular maintenance with them, and if ever there is another issue they deal with it fast and efficiently. I believe they do a great job!
Workers were prompt, efficient and polite. They left the area clean. Their price was better than 2 other companies. The installed mini split is fantastic and does what we needed.

Can't say enough good about Atlantic Refrigeration. Our geothermal HVAC stopped working and it was hot! They found a way to fit me in at the end of the day with a tech who lives near my home. The tech was professional and couldn't have been nicer. He diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to make the repairs on the spot. (It was some weird valve that I wouldn't have never guess he would have).
There were parts that were glued and needed to dry, so he showed me how to reenergize and adjust the system in a couple hours once the glue dried.
Then he gave me his cell number and told me to call or text him at home if there were any issues! There were no issues and I let him know and he thanked me for keeping him from worrying about it.
You don't get service like that anywhere else.
