Ken & Harry called to let us know when they would arrive and were on time. They preformed scheduled hvac maintenance and were very thorough and explained everything. Courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. Great service, thanks Ken & Harry!
We purchased our heating/air conditioning system in 2019 from Atlantic and had a great experience. Recently we realized the air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling correctly so because of our previous experience we once again called Atlantic. The system was still under warranty and they found the coil was leaking. I called them on Monday and to my surprise they told me they would be out for a diagnosis. AIDEN arrived a half hour later and found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Once he found the problem he quickly recharged the system and ordered the new coil needed for the repair. On Wednesday we received a call telling us the part was in and they could install it on Thursday. Aiden arrived around 9:00 AM with a helper and they completed the job by noon. Once again Aiden was great. If I could give a recommendation higher than five stars I would and would definitely recommend Atlantic to anyone needing a new system or repair.
This was first time working with them. They were so courteous, quick to come out, and thorough. Kudos to Nick for his HVAC and water heater work. They were so good I called them same day for plumbing work and Brian and Bill were out the same day. Great company to work with. Thanks to everyone there.
Atlantic responded quickly when our AC went out, arriving within an hour. Aiden was friendly and informative yet worked fast. Two thumbs way up!
