I had my spring maintenance done on Thursday. I was very pleased with the service. The technician-Ken-kept me posted on his arrival time and it was within the window I was originally told. He was professional and explained everything. Greatly appreciated.

We had water leaking from the pipes leading to our water heater expansion tank. The water heater was fairly new when we bought our place, but is now over 11yrs old. The plumber explained that the expansion tank was improperly installed with galvanized steel that had corroded. I appreciate that he explained that the connection to the water heater could break when he removed the old pipe. Fortunately, he was very careful, and our water heater will hopefully last a few more years. He gave me a verbal bid for materials and labor together. The project didn't actually take very long. I would have preferred an itemized estimate, but overall I'm quite happy with the work.

Had routine maintenance done on two units. Service was punctual and efficient. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend!!

We've chosen Atlantic's annual maintenance program and have been thrilled with the service. When I had concerns about our heatpump unit, I left a message on Saturday and we had a return call promptly at opening hours on Monday (thank you, Amy!). Tim was there by noon, ran some diagnostics, gave feedback I actually understood, and provided some good insights for us. He's awesome and I so appreciate the Atlantic team!
