We love your technician, Tim. He is very pleasant, and friendly, very thorough and professional. This has been my experience for the past 12-13 years with everyone from Atlantic Refrigeration who has worked in my home.

I'm a new customer of Atlantic Refrigeration & AC- recommended by a friend. I've just had my AC inspection and I signed a yearly contract ($220)- very reasonable price for single unit maintenance.
The technicians, Ken McCall & Scott (forgot his last name) were very friendly & personable. They explained the details of my AC system & the inspections they would be doing. I felt that their expertise was without question. I think Ken said he had been doing HVAC for 30 plus years.
In the fall I will ask for the same team to check my heating system. I strongly feel that Atlantic & their technicians are completely trustworthy. No worries about scams & overpricing.

Installation Manager Dylan came out to fix an installation problem a former employee screwed up. He was professional and personable. He explained what and why he was doing things. Answered all my questions. Made sure everything was as it should be. He was a nice young man. He's the reason why I will be a return customer.
