I am a first time customer and would like to take this opportunity to express how delightfully satisfied I am with the service call. Duane was so informative and not pushy when suggesting additional service needs. Duane was thorough and professional! You could really tell that he knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to have Duane back in the future!

Tim came out on a Saturday evening to fix our heater. He called us when he received the call from dispatch to tell us his ETA. He called again to say exactly when he'd arrive and had our heater fixed within a short time after arriving. Tim was very professional and courteous. It was for routine maintenance on our Trane Unit. No major issues were found, and a detailed explanation was given by the service technician. He was so polite and knowledgeable. Atlantic Refrigeration has always given us top-notch service.
