Have a service contract on my HVAC equipment and they always do a great job. They professional punctual and neat. I have also used their plumbing division and they equally excellent.
Atlantic is locally owned and Bob, our service technician, was knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Our previous company went national and their service technicians were more salesman than technicians and the charge for service was astronomically high . We will be calling Atlantic in the future.

Service person was punctual. I explained that I didn't know where in house equipment was that he needed to check. He showed me everything I needed to know. Very courteous.
Mike was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Answered questions and did some extra research to fine-tune settings. Prompt and polite. I especially appreciated the phone call alerting me to his arrival time. Superb customer service!!
