Atlantic is locally owned, which is important to us. Our previous company went national. Service techs were not the best and were more sales reps than techs. Service plan was reasonable and scheduling was easy. The technician showed up on time and actually serviced my heater, without attempting to sell anything or recommend replacement of our older unit. We appreciate that. I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of attempts, by others, to take advantage of their naivety regarding HVAC.
As always your technicians went above and beyond to resolve a filter problem.
