Had a great experience with my Tech, Jason. It was an easy fix and he was very personable and respectful of my home. Signed for a maintenance contract with them with confidence!
On Friday May 23, 2025, Jason came to our home to do our Spring maintenance check. He found a problem with our system and was able to repair it at a reasonable price. Jason was great. We've used Atlantic for a number of years and they are always professional with excellent customer service.
I take these reviews seriously, we have had SO many nightmare contractors, this was not one of them. Start to finish, top-notch professionalism and work.Felt like we were working with a friend. Mike was outstanding. No hard sell, just honest recommendations. Even contact with the home base was smooth and no pressure. I will recommend them to anyone we know with full confidence in their work and ethics. 5 stars isn't enough. (Water softener and whole house filtration system)
