Service was done expertly Tech was friendly and knew what he was doing and I am happy with Atlantic service. So much so that I entered into a service agreement with Atlantic.
Heat pump and furnace replaced with 5 days of estimate. The techs did a great job. Prices very reasonable. This is the third time I have used them, been totally satisfied with them every time. Biggest plus their response time is awsome. Their work is second to no other company.
I contacted Atlantic Refrigeration when I realized my AC had quit working on 7/10/2024.
The technician arrived promptly, set to work giving me clear and informative explanations to my layperson descriptions.
His name was Dominic. Polite, clean , respectful and efficient.
I was a nervous wreck before he arrived and delighted by the time all was well.
