Atlantic Refrigeration & AC sent one their plumbers to our home for service. The service tech was on time, professional and experienced. Happy to recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
We had Atlantic replace our old HVAC unit last year and they contacted us to do the 1 year complimentary service check. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and chatted with me the whole process. They did find one issue in the high voltage switch and fixed it on the spot.
Mike showed up to do a system check. Great guy and pleasant to work with.
Michael Martz was fab! He was a breath of fresh air, not just as an HVAC tech, but someone who communicates well and connects with his clients. Add to that being pleasant, sensible and knowledgeable - he's the whole package! I look forward to having him back when it's time to do a check-up on our water heater and A/C, hint, hint :-).

The team at Atlantic Refrigeration is awesome, their response time, service, knowledge and professionalism is 1st rate. I submitted an email request for service at night for an issue with an attic fan discharge line that did not vent outside. The home was scheduled for a home inspection and pending settlement and I received a call the next morning stating that a tech would be on his way within an hour. Scott showed up and proceeded to not only investigate the problem but solve it with a few hours. The are solution oriented with a great attitude...!!

I am a first time customer and would like to take this opportunity to express how delightfully satisfied I am with the service call. Duane was so informative and not pushy when suggesting additional service needs. Duane was thorough and professional! You could really tell that he knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to have Duane back in the future!
