The team at Atlantic Refrigeration is awesome, their response time, service, knowledge and professionalism is 1st rate. I submitted an email request for service at night for an issue with an attic fan discharge line that did not vent outside. The home was scheduled for a home inspection and pending settlement and I received a call the next morning stating that a tech would be on his way within an hour. Scott showed up and proceeded to not only investigate the problem but solve it with a few hours. The are solution oriented with a great attitude...!!

Tim came out on a Saturday evening to fix our heater. He called us when he received the call from dispatch to tell us his ETA. He called again to say exactly when he'd arrive and had our heater fixed within a short time after arriving. Tim was very professional and courteous.
