After a 4 year cooling issue that no local company could diagnose and repair, Atlantic was able to promptly find and repair the problem. Highly recommend!
Installation Manager Dylan came out to fix an installation problem a former employee screwed up. He was professional and personable. He explained what and why he was doing things. Answered all my questions. Made sure everything was as it should be. He was a nice young man. He's the reason why I will be a return customer.
Excellent service. Came on time, explained everything and my check up was very thorough.
Dominique is through and friendly.
He serviced my AC/Heater for a few years.
Service was done expertly Tech was friendly and knew what he was doing and I am happy with Atlantic service. So much so that I entered into a service agreement with Atlantic.
Heat pump and furnace replaced with 5 days of estimate. The techs did a great job. Prices very reasonable. This is the third time I have used them, been totally satisfied with them every time. Biggest plus their response time is awsome. Their work is second to no other company.
I contacted Atlantic Refrigeration when I realized my AC had quit working on 7/10/2024.
The technician arrived promptly, set to work giving me clear and informative explanations to my layperson descriptions.
His name was Dominic. Polite, clean , respectful and efficient.
I was a nervous wreck before he arrived and delighted by the time all was well.
Many thanks Atlantic Refrigeration ????
Quick and efficient. Ken and Scott did a great job.
