Atlantic Refrigeration is outstanding; have been with them for years. They know what they are doing, provide outstanding customer service, and charge reasonable prices. Always on time. Today, with Covid19 situation, technician serviced HVAC and tankless water heater with zero contact. When he needed thermostat adjusted in the house, he called me. All accomplished with phone contact, including payment. Just a great company.
Recently my water heater burst in my condo. As you can imagine this caused not only damage but a lot of angst especially living 3 hours away. Atlantic quickly came to my mind of who to call having met Dave and always seeing their billboards and trucks around town. I contacted Kim in office who was very prompt with setting up a time to come out and look at the situation to provide a quote. Connor followed up right away with the quote, time and day of install, and recommendations. They installed the new water heater this past Friday on their promised timeline. I knew I trusted the right company and they put my mind at ease that it was all taken care of. Really appreciate the efforts all the way around with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Atlantic did a great job today, as always. The technician was very thorough and professional and explained everything he was doing. We definitely would want him to come back.
Atlantic heating and air installed 6 ductless heating/cooling systems in our home. The main technician, Josh, was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. He insured I knew exactly what was happening, always asked what I wanted in terms of placement of each system and verified I understood how the systems would function. Along with a demonstration about how to clean the units.
Connor, who made the initial sale, stopped by everyday (sometimes twice a day) to check on the process. He was knowledgeable about what was happening each day. This interaction on top of the professionalism of the service technician team provided us with confidence that installing this new system was right for us and our home.
The systems installed are quiet and so easy to use. Looking forward to the energy savings during the hot summers and cold winters.
Technician (Mia) was friendly, professional, and obviously well-trained to complete her job assignment and answer the questions I had for her. I am very happy with this service.
