We used Atlantic to replace our HVAC in our prior home 2 yrs ago and wanted to use them again to service the HVAC in our new home. An appointment was scheduled but nobody showed up and nobody from Atlantic called to try to reschedule the appointment.
Edit: Thanks to Jamie for calling immediately after I put this review up to rectify and fix the issue. A tech arrived promptly the next morning and serviced our HVAC. Thank you!
Zack came out to check my HVAC. As always he was not only knolegable he was very polite. He saw a problem with HVAC fixed it cleaned up and was out the front door within a hour. I'm very pleased with the service.
Our technician, Jason, was very communicative leading up towards the appointment. He was very polite to us and friendly to our dog. He kept his work space clean and left everything in great condition. He even texted the job notes he entered into their system so we knew exactly what his process was. We will definitely be using Atlantic in the future!

We have been very happy with the annual servicing of our HVAC. When we had a leak, we called and they had a plumber here within a few hours. Everyone at Atlantic is professional and responsive. They are detailed and transparent about costs and options. We highly recommend this business.

WE are so pleased with this Company and the Great Employees they have. Justin Rogers came to do the maintenace check on our Heat Pump and is very professional and kind--traits alot of places are hard to find. We just had Bob from the Plumbing Dept come out Jan 5 and fixed leaking faucets and he was also a kind and Professional Employee. Just want to let others know these are two guys you would be happy to welcome in to do the Jobs you need done. Thank you Dave Jones for having a Great Company!!
