Our heating unit went out just as winter weather was coming--bad timing! The team at Atlantic was able to get a person out right away to diagnose the issue. Andrew was on-time, super friendly, and made sure to patiently walk me through what he saw and what the servicing options could be. When we decided to just replace the system, Connor put together a few options and we landed amazing package at a price that fit into our budget. These guys have been and will continue to be our first call for HVAC every time.
I get 2 maintenance checkups with my service agreement. They change my air filters and do a thorough inspection and cleaning of my units. I recommend the service agreement
Our experience with Atlantic Refrigeration was excellent today. Our service rep was on time and very helpful! He even went out of his way to talk to my very curious two year old about what he was up to. Very cool! He explained the work/ checks that were done and promptly emailed me the receipt and explanation of the HVAC and Rinnai check before he even left our driveway. I should also mention how quickly Atlantic Refrigeration and their team was able to accommodate our request for an appointment (within a day of calling in). Very impressive. We will without a doubt continue to use Atlantic Refrigeration and their team and will most certainly be recommending them to friends and clients that are in need of their service. Thank you!
We had heating problems in addition to the yearly checkup. Quite a bit of troubleshooting was required in addition to detailed diagnostic experiments. Jorge (your tech) seems to do exceptional work plus having an obvious customer commitment. I can only say "Thank God" you sent him on this call. The work is still in progress as the furnace had to be disabled until several repairs are made. We look forward to the replacement of several parts and the return to operation (tomorrow - i.e. 11/27/19). Thanks for your help and ,again, we are grateful to Jorge.
Jorge was Professional, personable and easy to work with; his focus & attention to detail was excellent. His energy and enthusiasm to do the job right was particularly noteworthy given the late hour of the day when he started (I was his last assignment for the day). All matters resolved; all questions answered. I would be very pleased to have him back anytime. He is a high quality representative for Atlantic.
Duane came out to service our geothermal units and as always does an excellent job. He is very professional and made me aware of everything he checked and what needed to be addressed. Thank you for the job well done.
