Atlantic did a great job today, as always. The technician was very thorough and professional and explained everything he was doing. We definitely would want him to come back.
Atlantic heating and air installed 6 ductless heating/cooling systems in our home. The main technician, Josh, was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. He insured I knew exactly what was happening, always asked what I wanted in terms of placement of each system and verified I understood how the systems would function. Along with a demonstration about how to clean the units.
Connor, who made the initial sale, stopped by everyday (sometimes twice a day) to check on the process. He was knowledgeable about what was happening each day. This interaction on top of the professionalism of the service technician team provided us with confidence that installing this new system was right for us and our home.
The systems installed are quiet and so easy to use. Looking forward to the energy savings during the hot summers and cold winters.
