I am very pleased with the service I received from Atlantic Refrigeration. Their phone staff is always courteous, professional and helpful. The knowledgeable technician, Andrew, explained the issue and solution in detail, putting my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to call Atlantic again for any issues with either my gas furnace or a/c system.
These guys are the BEST! Strongly recommend. Dave and his team are reliable, professional and best of all, reasonable. They routinely go above and beyond. Skip the rest, go for the best!
The technician that came to 5 Rolling Road was very prompt as expected arrived as expected is very very polite and explained everything to us I appreciate having an explanation. I think that the tech was very very thorough in his completing the job thank you.
Jorge did an outstanding job in performing service maintenance on our heating and A/C system. He is extremely conscientious and worked very hard to make sure our system was functioning properly. Aside from his expertise, he is very pleasant and very courteous. If there was an "Outstanding Employee "award, Jorge should be its recipient.
Wonderful service. Duane went above and beyond to explain everything. We've gotten our HVAC system and hot water heater from them and use them for all our servicing. Highly recommend them.

The tech that that performed the PM on my unit, took the extra time to explain what he was doing and was thourgh. The only negative was when the scheduler set the appointment she told me 11 and 12o'clock hr. The tech was hung up at his pryor appointment ,got to me at 3 o'clock. Seems to me the company should be in contact with the tech. All in all ,Jorge was excellent.
