Furnace blows cold air. called Atl. Ref service. sent tech within 2 hrs. Michael tested and tried to revive unit. Kept me informed of progress. I decided to replace 12 year old unit. Michael expedited arrangements with home office. New unit scheduled to be installed first thing tomorrow. Michael and office are both to be commended for working as a true team to bring heat back to my home.
Called first thing this morning with a problem and they sent someone out right away and fixed the problem.
Tim was great. On time and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
Tech arrived promptly & examined my units inside & outside. Reviewed the thermostat as well. Was very patient with my dog who adored her.
Dwayne did a fabulous job cleaning out our mini-splits and checking the entire system.

Atlantic Refrigeration was/is the best! They installed our new heat pump. Proposal came right away. The price was fair and absolutely the nicest people I have worked with in the Rehoboth area in 20 years. They work efficiently and quietly and leave the area spotless. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a routine service done on my heating system. Duane called me about 45 minutes before he arrived to let me know when to expect him. He showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He did a very thorough job with the service and explained what he was doing as he went along. I would highly recommend both Atlantic Refrigeration and Duane.
