Josh Robinson and Paul Worley were very professional, polite and very neat. They cleaned up very nicely and even scrubbed the floor when they were done.
On time and very pleasant even though it was very hot and she had to work in the crawl space!

We continue to have outstanding experience with Atlantic Refrigeration. AC unit needed work, and they scheduled it for Saturday. Sure enough, the technician got here, even though it was after 8:00 p.m. He worked on it till 10:30, making sure everything was fixed. Duane is an excellent technician; he has been here before, and we have found his work to be highly professional. He is organized and neat, plus he explains what he's doing. We recommend Atlantic Refrigeration highly!
The installer of my new flooring cut the boards inside the house with the HVAC system running so the sawdust was drawn into the entire unit. The purpose of the service call was to remove the dust that had collected inside the blower and clean the entire unit. Duane, the service technician, did a great job and thoroughly cleaned the system so it now operates at optimum performance. Duane was very pleasant to deal with and left everything neat and tidy. Thank you Atlantic Refrigeration for taking such good care of me.
Appointment was completed on time and representative was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Problem was diagnosed and solution created in a timely fashion. Rates were subject to weekend and overtime charges.
