Yesterday, Rick Stout, serviced our "aged" heat pump. The control panel had a maze of wires, cobwebs, and dust. Rick diagnosed, fixed, and wrapped-up paperwork in one hour. Impressive! Rick, thanks for a job well done.

I spoke with Donald, the service rep. We had a comfortable conversation, he exuded confidence in his presentation, and concluded with a positive understanding of my situation/problem. It was refreshing to be greeted with such a willingness to take care of my problem.

We called Atlantic for an appraisal to replace our downstairs HVAC system. Everything went great and they outbid the nearest competitor. The work was completed when requested and on time. the installation tech's were completly professional. we highly reccommend Atlantic to anyone looking to upgrade, repair or replace your existing systems.
