You pay more for an expert tech than a rip and replace big firm up selling things you don't need
I liked the quick response. The technician was helpful. Though I'm not an HVAC expert I wonder if the fix could be less involved. As the Taco units have replaceable head portions is it possible to change that alone?

Heat pump replacement, excellent service from start to finish. Initial estimate was with Sean who had the replacement scheduled for the following day. Installers were professional and completed nice work. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Mia came out today to do an inspection of my HVAC. She is amazingly professional. She even got my hose out and cleaned my unit outside due to grass built up. She always leaves me with tip on care of unit. I should also do a shout to to Maggie for getting me.
