Mike with Atlantic, serviced our heat pump in late December, after unit not keeping temperature. Mike was prompt, professional, answered all my questions and remedied the issue the same day. We then purchased service agreement for the next 12 months. Mike returned in February to service the unit and provide health assessment of our indoor/outdoor unit. Once again; above average communication, personable, professional and answered all questions.

Excellent Job and Friendly Service Guys
We had a water softener installed in our home. The gentleman doing the work was courteous, patiently answered all our questions, and very professional. We would not hesitate to utilize Atlantic Refrigeration again for plumbing or HVAC needs. In fact, we have a maintenance contract in place with them because we know they will do whatever we need as a customer.
Justin was prompt, professional and friendly. I had a strange problem but he figured it out quickly and problem fixed!!
