Plumber arrived several hours ahead of scheduled appointment, which was great. He diagnosed the issue that was preventing my ejector pump from working as vapor lock caused by a lack of a weep hole during the initial installation. Completed the repair in less than one hour.

We have been thrilled with the whole team at Atlantic - the office staff is kind and friendly on the phone and always accommodating based on our scheduling requests. The technicians have been first rate - from Saturday morning calls to talk through a concern to coming out to service and fix our heat pump units.
The technicians in the field are always courteous, clean, and willing to talk about the system snd make suggestions for efficient operation.
