I just recently had my HVAC replaced.
From the proposal to the install everything was great. Connor,Jeremy and Dillon were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Atlantic! Great job, guys!
Mia was knowledgeable and did a thorough job servicing my AC unit, including washing the exterior coils. She also made me aware of the R 410A refrigerant when I inquired about this and suggested ways to keep my Split unit healthy.

Our Trane AC unit was throwing several error codes, so I gave Atlantic a call to see if they could help us out. Amy was quick to contact me about setting up an appointment and had a technician scheduled for on site in less than a week. Royal was able to figure the issue out and had a sensor swapped out in no time, following up to make sure the unit was still operating correctly.

Working with D has been such a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and truly knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the job was done right. He was punctual, respectful, and extremely professional from start to finish. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, which made everything stress-free and easy to understand. It's hard to find someone who is not only skilled at their work but also genuinely cares about their customers, and D absolutely does.
