I ran residential electrical service for years and it was a breath of fresh air to find s company that abides by the same business ethics as I did! Technician was polite, knowledgeable and completed his work efficiently. Very disappointed with punctuality. Booked first appointment for the day. Was told technician would be at house by 8 or 8:30. Did not arrive till 9:30. Tried calling office at 9. No answer had to leave a voice mail message. Turns out technician was held up at office for a meeting. Very unprofessional not to let customer know of late arrival.

I recently had 3 Mitsubishi wall units installed in my restaurant for extra air capacity (unfortunately they did not do the original install bc the builder used his brother).
The two service men were extremely knowledgeable, as I stood over them and asked them 10,000 questions, they were super fast (installed in a little over a day), they were clean (minor holes and debris were fixed and cleaned up) and they were professional.
I HIGHLY recommend this company for restaurants and your home.

Followed through on all expectations and claims! Came on a Saturday, called before arriving with an ETA, was respectful, and got the tune up done quickly. Well done!
Furnace blows cold air. called Atl. Ref service. sent tech within 2 hrs. Michael tested and tried to revive unit. Kept me informed of progress. I decided to replace 12 year old unit. Michael expedited arrangements with home office. New unit scheduled to be installed first thing tomorrow. Michael and office are both to be commended for working as a true team to bring heat back to my home.
