My first experience using this company & I'm so glad I did!!! My technician, Rick Stout, was friendly, professional, (wore his mask the whole time), quick to determine the problem with my heat pump & made the repair. Rick was very informative about my repair & answered all other questions I had, VERY nice guy! This is a GREAT place to do business with & I'm sure anyone who has them will be 100% satisfied!!! Also, the lady in the office that I made my appt.with was also VERY friendly & knowledgeable!! Great team of people at Atlantic Refrigeration....I will definetly be using them for all my future needs!
The technician, Zachary arrived when he said he would, completed the check up and reported the findings to me. I was very satisfied .

We had an ERV installed yesterday, and it was our first time dealing with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air conditioning. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Josh and Juan arrived on time, explained the install process, patiently answered all of my questions and set about doing the job. They could not have been more professional, courteous, friendly or thorough. They were consistent in their Covid precautions throughout their time here. Based on our experience yesterday, we won't hesitate to call on Atlantic again.
