Checked and inspected all key operating parameters.Through cleaning of compressor and evaporator coils, filter change, and checked condensate pump operation. Recorded all current operating readings into maintenance record.

We purchased our home and there was a heating issue on the day of closing. We needed a second opinion and Atlantic came highly recommended. From the first contact they were awesome and saw us through a lengthy "hold" time while waiting for a part needed to make the permanent fix. They were very flexible while balancing the previous property owner and my needs during the fix. HIGHLY recommend.
