Zack was courteous and professional in his work. We needed a new part. He said he would come the next day. Called first and arrived on time. Again professional job of installation. Will continue to use Atlantic Refrigeration for future maintenance and repairs.
Atlantic was very responsive and they were on-time and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. This is the way a business should operate. I am very satisfied.
My first experience using this company & I'm so glad I did!!! My technician, Rick Stout, was friendly, professional, (wore his mask the whole time), quick to determine the problem with my heat pump & made the repair. Rick was very informative about my repair & answered all other questions I had, VERY nice guy! This is a GREAT place to do business with & I'm sure anyone who has them will be 100% satisfied!!! Also, the lady in the office that I made my appt.with was also VERY friendly & knowledgeable!! Great team of people at Atlantic Refrigeration....I will definetly be using them for all my future needs!
The technician, Zachary arrived when he said he would, completed the check up and reported the findings to me. I was very satisfied .
