My AC's fan broke, and Atlantic Refrigeration / Jorge and Emily were prompt with coordinating & fixing the issue. Jorge also followed up to make sure the system was working after he made the repair. Truly appreciate the attention & care they put into the service call. Thanks!

Very Satisfied with Atlantic Refrigeration service. We had an issue with our air conditioner not cooling on hot days. It would start out OK in the morning at 72 and later in the day reach 78 - 79 degrees without changing the thermostat. The fan would continue to blow air but compressor would not turn on to make the air cold enough to cool off the house. We had another company diagnose the problem incorrectly. Many thanks to Tim from Atlantic who was able to troubleshoot and eventually find and correct the problem.
We had lost our air conditioning and the house temperature was over 80 degrees inside.
I called up Atlantic Refrigeration on the referral of my geothermal installer. My wife and I were hosting a dinner and we were also babysitting our niece's boys. Duane, the technician , gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way.
Duane was professional and performed a diagnostic on the system. He and fixed our problem straight away, but alsochecked and rechecked the working temperature of our HVAC system, to make sure that the system was working properly .
