Atlantic Refrigeration has been my go to for the last few years after having negative experiences with another business. Andrew Jones serviced my unit recently and he was professional and courteous. I also recently had the pleasure of working with Jorge Ruiz who is both knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to work around my schedule. I recommend Atlantic and especially Andrew and Jorge.
My experience was great! Connor was excellent every step of the way. Josh and Tim were thorough, efficient and true experts with the install. I would recommend Atlantic Refrigeration to anyone looking for a new HVAC. Thanks guys you were great!!!!

The folks from Atlantic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning replaced our 25-year-old furnace and air conditioner with a new Trane heat pump and propane furnace. The installers did a great job. They came when they said they would, kept us informed about what was going on, and went over the new systems with us before they left. I highly recommend this company.
This was our first time doing business with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc.. We contracted them for our HVAC maintenance agreement along with an electronic filter system. Duane was our tech and called me, 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. When he arrived he covered his boots as to protect my hardwood floors, explained everything thoroughly before he began, communicated each time he exited and entered my home, answered all my questions, explained everything including my system to me upon completion, and he left the work area clean when he was finished. Overall he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a likeable person who did a great job representing not only himself but Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc as well. More people should follow his example of a model employee, how to represent a company and superior customer service! Kudos to you Duane!
