My 27 year old trane A/C needed to be replaced. The sales person, David Baker was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the system that I needed and answered my questions. He always responded to my emails promptly. He is primarily the reason I decided to use Atlantic. Recently, Tom and Billy performed the Home Energy Assessmet, emailed me a copy of the completeed assessment and applied for the Energize DE rebate. They were both very personable and professional. Today, Technicians Rudy and Byron installed our new Trane HVAC system. They arrived on time. They wore shoe protectors and cleaned up after completion. They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the outdoor unit, air handler and air scrubber. They showed me how to use the new thermostat and connect it to the Trane app. The whole job was finished in about 8 hours. I also purchased the service agreement for both of my Trane units.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Will not use another plumber again. Highly recommend.
Had Jason from Atlantic out to service my heat pump and whole house dehumidifier. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious and clearly explained the work to be done. He found a small leak and had it repaired in no time.Good service is hard to find today.Atlantic will be my go to for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
