We have been using Atlantic Refrigeration since 2016 for repairs and maintenance on our existing HVAC system. This year, our almost 20 year units were replaced with new Trane units and we are very happy with the result. They have been super responsive to post installation service calls relating to error codes and air flow so that the systems could be configured and adjusted accordingly. Everyone we've come in contact with at Atlantic is just pleasant and easy to work with. Additionally, they replaced a PTAC units in our sunroom which now makes it a 4 season room - yay! Keep doing what you're doing Atlantic!!
The service technicians are professional and efficient. They notified us within 30 minutes of arrival and are courteous and polite. Outstanding Company and Service
I have owned property at the Delaware beaches for the past 15 years. Atlantic Refrigeration is by far the best. When you call, its quick and easy to schedule an appointment, or whatever else you need. When the tech's come for service, I often get a call when they arrive, when they leave and a discussion regarding what they found, etc. The important point here is that you can tell they care. I recently had a service visit from Ken and he pointed out several things to be mindful of moving forward. He went above and beyond. This is one example, however over the years I have had others as well. Highly recommend this group.
