Great Service! Went above and beyond and did not gouge me on price.
Jorge was professional, made helpful decisions and was extremely courteous. He cleared a clog in the trap of the unit that could have caused a problem
I will use Atlantic refrigeration again for my yearly service of my heat pump which is a Trane AC/HEAT pump unit.
Jorge was very thorough and efficient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Mr. Maynard, called about his service with Jorge yesterday. The Maynard's are new customers and this was their first call with Atlantic. Mr. Maynard said he did not have enough good words to describe how happy he was with Jorge’s service. He was professional, kind and very thorough. He said that Jorge is the kind of person you want doing work in your home, and seldom see any more. He felt that the system was in better condition when Jorge left than when it was new. Mr. Maynard added that he is not tech savvy, so he is unable to do the online survey but wants to make sure Jorge still gets the recognition he deserves.
Mr. LeRoy called to say how wonderful Jorge was yesterday. He said Jorge was polite and thorough and we can send him to his house any time!
Mrs. Tulou called to let us know how happy she was with Jorge’s service last weekend. She said she also did a review, but wanted to call to tell us again. She said he reminded her of her father, which to her is the best compliment she can think of. He was caring and communicative and acted the way she feels people used to act back in the day in the service industry. She is very happy with Atlantic and the service she has received.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Atlantic Refrigeration. Their phone staff is always courteous, professional and helpful. The knowledgeable technician, Andrew, explained the issue and solution in detail, putting my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to call Atlantic again for any issues with either my gas furnace or a/c system.
These guys are the BEST! Strongly recommend. Dave and his team are reliable, professional and best of all, reasonable. They routinely go above and beyond. Skip the rest, go for the best!
